El Dorado Community Health Centers, a FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) offering Primary Care Services with locations in Placerville and Cameron Park, is seeking a full-time Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician. As a non-profit community health center EDCHC provides Medical, Dental, Optical, Pharmacy, Behavioral Health and SUD Treatment Services to underserved populations.

Under the general direction of the Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician Supervisor and the Director of Behavioral Health, the Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician is responsible for providing evidenced based behavioral healthcare assessment and clinical services to patients at the El Dorado Community Health Center's (EDCHC) clinics for a variety of emotional and psychiatric problems.

As part of an integrated behavioral health and primary care practice, provide initial patient evaluations, triage assessments, crisis intervention management, brief individual and group counseling, skills training, care coordination, case management, resource management, advocacy and follow-up. Participates in interdisciplinary case conferences, works with primary care providers and assists with program development.

Supervision provided to those requiring it for their licensure by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. (LCSW).

Experience and Education:

• Equivalent to graduation from an accredited institution with a Master’s Degree program in social work or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current, valid, unsuspended California Licensed Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) in the State of California. Or current, valid, unsuspended licensure as a California Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in mental health services.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is highly desirable

Pay: $66,431.40 - $95,630.85 per year
