General Summary:
The Intacct Coordinator will perform a variety of administrative and support tasks essential to the success of the daily management of Sage Intacct for the Finance Department and the parishes while providing bookkeeping support to assigned parishes. The coordinator is responsible for creating, organizing, preserving, educating, maintaining, and retrieving of information and reports in Sage Intacct while ensuring proper maintenance of account records through the processing of receivables and payables for assigned parishes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversees Sage Intacct software by processing updates, creating reports, and providing training to staff and parishes as needed.
- Manages software cleanup projects.
- Works with auditors in providing necessary reports as needed.
- Communicates, both in general and in response to specific inquiries, with parishes.
- Compiles statistics and information as requested for parishes.
- Generates various accounting reports (e.g., general ledger, payroll, etc.) for parishes
- Coordinates year end reporting
- Assists parishes with payroll system and in preparing annual reports and budgets.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
- Excellent computer literacy skills including proficiency in Sage Intacct and MS Office suite.
- Must have a mastery of basic math skills, knowledge of accounting software, calculators, and office equipment.
- Overall soundness of decisions and maintenance of confidentiality for all sensitive information.
- Experience with non-profit organizations preferred.
- Outstanding organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, written, and oral communications skills.
- Ability to work independently and to learn quickly.
