Job Description:

Join the James Stanley Agency with American Family Insurance in Kenosha, WI.

Sales associate candidates must have the ability to develop knowledge of the local market, prospect for new business, and use consultative selling techniques.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with PC software applications (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Adobe, etc.)
• Preferred: One year of experience in a sales environment, including marketing, prospecting, cold calling, networking, preparing quotes and delivering presentations
• Preferred: Property, Casualty, and Life insurance licenses before starting. If you are not licensed, it will be required within first 60 days of employment. Reimbursement available.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Pay plus commissions
• Paid Time Off

• Reimbursement for Licensing (Property and Casualty, Life)

Schedule:

• Flexible Schedule
• Monday through Friday, no weekends
• Full Time or Part Time available

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
