The Customer Service Representative job duties include:

• Handling inbound customer requests, which may include policy changes, requests for additional coverage/policies, billing inquiries, and cancellations.
• Re-marketing and rewriting policies that are up for renewal.
• Following up on outstanding claims and assist in their resolution, as appropriate

Job Requirements:

• Personal Lines Insurance experience preferred, but not required.
• Friendly personality and a genuine concern for others.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to identify, understand, and interpret customer needs and offer solutions.
• Comfortable working with technology and computers.
• Great attitude and willingness to support the team.
