Insurance Authorization Specialist J
ob Summary:
- Pleasantly answer phones, schedule patients and direct patients and others to the appropriate area or person.
- Perform routine administrative duties in a timely manner such insurance verification, data entry.
- Able to accurately register patients according to company policy and procedures and ensure required forms are completed and signed by patients.
Qualifications:

MS Office, basic office support skills ( telephone, filing, data entry), basic math skills, excellent telephone etiquette, pleasant personality/customer service. previous experience in a similar role desired ( not required) , Self- motivated, able to work independently, able to multitask, Medical Terminology knowledge , detailed oriented and able to adjust workload with good time management skills as volume increases.
