Our agency is growing, and we are looking for driven and experienced Personal Lines Insurance Agents to join our team. We have immediate openings at our Boyles Insurance Agency in State College, PA.

This position will require an insurance license but is not necessary at the time of hiring. Training is provided with help obtaining a license if necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with personalized insurance solutions to meet their unique needs.
• Sell and cross-sell personal lines insurance products, including auto, home, and umbrella policies.
• Conduct thorough insurance needs assessments and make coverage recommendations to clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support, responding to client inquiries and claims promptly and professionally.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and retention goals, contributing to the overall success of the agency.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including base salary and commission with pay ranging between $42,000 to $52,000 dependent on experience. A comprehensive benefits package is also provided, including health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
