Insurance Agency Customer Service and Marketing
Job description
We are a two location insurance agency seeking a qualified part time professional to handle specific customer service and marketing duties. Duties will include the following:
- Outbound Customer Care
- Inbound Customer Service as needed
- Customer On-boarding
- Email marketing
- Social Media marketing
- Review and respond to customer surveys
- Management of compliance documents
Requirements: Excellent computer skills and outstanding communication and customer service abilities
We will consider candidates convenient to either office (New Castle and Cranberry Township)
We will consider both full and part time candidates. Some work from home flexibility will be considered once established. Insurance license not required for this role but additional career opportunites are available if the candidate chooses to become licensed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
