Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Permanent Instrumentation Technician to join our dynamic engineering team. As a Permanent Instrumentation Technician 1, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal functionality of our instrumentation systems. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our instrumentation systems, as well as the setup of new instrumentation systems. You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure that our instrumentation systems are operating at peak performance.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair instrumentation systems
• Troubleshoot instrumentation systems to identify and resolve issues
• Setup new instrumentation systems
• Collaborate with engineering team to ensure instrumentation systems are operating at peak performance
• Document all work performed on instrumentation systems
• Keep up-to-date with the latest instrumentation technology and techniques
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in instrumentation functionality, I/O operation, repairs instrumentation, and setup new instrumentation
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation systems and their components
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
