Wilmington, Awning, Shutter & Shade is a leading Hurricane Shutters, Awnings, and Motorized Screens manufacturer and installation company.

We have been servicing the industry for over 40 years.

Due to company growth, we are searching for the right candidates to join our team as Install Technicians.

Duties would include but not limited to:

• Install new products on exterior openings (residential/commercial).
• Maintain & repair shutters, awnings, and screens (residential/commercial).
• Maintain a clean and safe work site.
• Responsible for setup on jobsite, loading, and unloading of materials to truck
• Maintain work truck organization & all necessary paperwork.
• Respect customers' personal property on job sites and communicate with the customer in a professional manner.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Willingness to work as a team or independently.
• Experience with hand power tools, construction background.
• Work on scaffolding, booms and ladders. Experience with general construction equipment set up a plus.
• Ability to speak or read English is preferred, but not required.
