Responsibilities:

• Work with customers through a variety of virtual avenues (ex. phone, email, chat);
• Represent Tire Rack in the consumer sphere through friendly, knowledgeable service;
• Maintain a consistent level of excellence in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications:

• Great written and verbal communication skills;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Sales, or equivalent (preferred);
• At least five years of sales or high-level customer service experience (preferred);
• Demonstrable working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Experience with iBMI systems, such as AS400 (preferred, but not required);
• Experience in the automotive field (preferred, but not required);
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively;
• Flexible, upbeat attitude.
