SARA is growing exponentially and we have exciting admin assistant/inside sales positions within our agency.

We are searching for energetic, motivated, self-starters with an entrepreneurial spirit to help take business to new levels. This sales opportunity will use your communication skills to contact prospective clients and generate interest in our services. We are looking for ambitious individuals who exude confidence, with proven sales track records and have a talent for selling.

~ Position Qualifications:

• Inside phone sales experience a plus
• Must be confident in making calls, disciplined and productive to achieve daily call quota’s
• Strong customer service skills and a pleasant, cheerful persona
• Excellent computer skills and experience with using Microsoft Office suite
• Comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-faced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Broadly speaking, the key areas of responsibility for this role include:

• Pre-calling: 10% (Includes research and preparation)
• Calling/Selling: 70%
• Non-Sales Related Activities: 20%
