Summary:Responsible for executing successful product implementations for Rejuv. Provides onsite product support to customers of Rejuv Medical and services with clinical knowledge, workflow, and product expertise. Works with prospects through the implementation of our services, beginning with email or phone conversations to assess and help plan their regenerative health journey through the Rejuv Medical business model. Works independently and collaboratively with other team members and departments to coordinates project tasks, manages internal and external communications related to the client implementation, including timelines, and established project milestones.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:1. Pleasant and professional phone skills with the ability to make out bound and take incoming phone calls for sales purposes.2. Maintain knowledge of all lines of service that Rejuv Medical has to offer and be able to communicate them to internal and external parties.3. Consults and reaches out to new, current, and past clients and members for purposes of recruiting and maintaining client/patient base according to retention guidelines.4. The Sales Representative should have a great track record of sales, and be able to meet sales goals and quotas, and improve upon sales to optimize profitability.5. Assists and participates in outreach and community activities including marketing, projects, lunch-and-learns, Medfit Conferences, and other activities, as determined by management.6. Arrange weekly, a minimum of 5 appointments with doctors, chiropractors, hospital medical teams, clinics, and other facilities that could benefit from Rejuv services or products, which may include pre-arranged appointments or by cold calling facilities to establish relationships and set up times to meet with appropriate personnel.7. The Sales Representative will meet with business professionals at desired location to present sales proposal of products and services that we offer at Rejuv Medical, answer questions, develop a relationship, and explain how we can work for them or collaboratively.8. Identify prospective customers in assigned area(s) or territory to push the outreach of Rejuv Medical and identify and develop new relationships with accounts outside Rejuv Medicals target market. Traveling outside of the target market is going to be a must.9. Have a good understanding of the Sales Funnel, and where potential leads are at in the different stages of the funnel. This will allow for Seales Representatives to understand what potential customers are thinking, which allows for better marketing, clearer messages, and ability to maximize profits.10. Be able to set and accomplish goals as an individual and as a team in order to achieve personal development, and potential career advancement and growth within the company.11. Prepares individual sales scorecards to review with Sales Manager12. The Sales Representative will be involved with a networking group such as BNI or similar group, attend chamber events, and working with other business to build relationships, and promote Rejuv and its medical approach to healthcare.13. Use the CRM software to track all leads, set up tasks, send out smart emails, analyze reports and analytics to help with efficiency and productivity of marketing and sales, and record any information that is involved with the sale and closing of the lead.14. Must be able to functions as a team, be involved in meetings, and prepared with ideas in meetings to help with the growth of Rejuv Medical15. All paperwork needs to be filled out properly, and documented and filed in the correct places for both the clinic and gym services that we provide.16. Works alongside marketing to help promote Rejuv Medical and all its services, so as to improve upon the awareness of the products and services we provide and accomplish end goals of closing sales and bringing in new customers.17. Work with other team members to come up with events and promotions that we internally want to do to help with growth of the company.18. Sales Representative should efficiently return emails and phone calls within 24 hours to ensure timely response time, so that the potential leads are not lost.19. Explains all aspects of are clinic, including Regenerative Medicine, Non-Surgical Solutions, Functional Medicine, Physical Therapy, IV Therapy, Esthetics, and programs with the gym in detail, and with accuracy to prospective and returning patients and members.20. Display empathy and compassion to patients while ensuring commitment to define and solve concerns.21. Continues education and personal growth to maintain all registrations, licensures, and certifications.22. Flexible, adapts to change positively, maintains consistent organizational skills, and presents a consistent willingness to learn new skills and positive demeanor with both patients and co-workers.
Required education, knowledge, skills, and other abilities:
Education:· Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.· 2 to 4 years of related experience in sales or marketing.· Clinical/Medical background is preferred, but not required.· Sales education and/or experience with proven success.
Minimum Required Experience:· Bachelor’s degree in related field· 1 to 2 Proven successful Sales background.
Computer Skills:· To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, email, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint,· Proficiency in CRM sales software like Sharpspring, Zoho, Salesforce or similar program· Knowledge and work with a business management software, like Mindbody· Worked with and knowledge of an EMR software system. Must be able to navigate through system effectively and efficiently.
Trainings / Certifications:· CPSP (Certified Professional Salesperson). CISP (Certified Inside Sales Professional), CPSL (Certified Professional Sales Leader), CSE (Certified Sales Executive) or equivalent certifications a plus.

Technical Requirements:· Ability to present information to various audiences, from formal presentations, to conventions, business/corporate talks.· Demonstrated success collaborating with customers.· Able to work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple projects and varying priorities.· Transitions easily from independent work to team involvement.· Great active listener that is able to listen and provide the appropriate information to the prospective lead.· Having customer retention skills to be able to encourage leads to make repeat purchases.· Be a methodical thinker that understands that past, present and future markets to be able to identify opportunities.· Should have a growth mindset that through hard work and staying positive, skills can be learned and improved upon overtime.· Experience in cold calling and have the skills to be able to win over any conversation and close the deal.· Organizational skills are a must in order to manage different leads across various pipelines in the CRM software efficiently and to work collaboratively as a team.
