SierTek Ltd. is seeking three Intermediate Information System Security Engineer's to support an opportunity at Robins AFB GA.

Position Overview

The Information System Security Engineer will provide focal point(s) for weapon systems services and associated tasks and deliver support to Robins AFB GA, Joint Base Langley-Eustis VA, and Hanscom AFB MA.

Essential Job Functions

• Interface with AOs’ offices to ensure knowledge of inherited security policies and procedures and future security-related efforts and plans.
• Create and document system security processes, and procedures; assist in the creation of policy for Air Combat Command (ACC)/A2Y approval. (CDRL: A019)
• Provide oversight of enterprise-level security for each sub-system within the weapon system.
• Develop approaches to mitigate vulnerabilities and recommend changes to weapon system infrastructure and software components as needed.
• Ensure that network/system(s) designs support the incorporation of Department of Defense (DoD)-directed IA vulnerability solutions, e.g., Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts.
• Identify, assess, and recommend IA or IA-enabled products for use within the weapon system; ensure recommended products are in compliance with the DoD evaluation and validation requirements.
• Ensure that the implementation of security designs properly mitigate identified threats.
• Design, develop, implement and integrate Command and Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) weapon systems’ IA architecture, systems and system components for use within computer, network, and enclave environments.
• Ensure the security architecture and design of C2ISR weapon systems are functional and secure. This shall include architecture and designs for special purpose environments with platform network interconnectivity and those with differing data protection and classification requirements.

Minimum Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Technical field (Computer, Engineering or Information Systems) from an accredited university
• At least three (3) years of Cyber Security Engineering experience
• IAT Level II or IAM Level I certification
• IA SAE Level I certification possession required for at least three (3) individuals at start of performance
• TS/SCI security clearance

Preferred

• At least two (2) years of DCGS experience
• At least two (2) years of SIGINT, GEOINT, or Open OA experience
