Choice Therapy, PA is currently seeking a full-time Industrial Rehab Assistant working in the Bemidji area. This position could be filled by a licensed Physical Therapist, Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapist, Occupational Therapy Assistant or an Athletic Trainer. New grads in any of these fields are encouraged to apply. Pay will be based on the degree level. WE WANT YOU! So, What Will I Be Doing?

As a Choice Therapy Industrial Rehab Assistant, job responsibilities include:

• Completing work on-site in local industries
• Completing pre-work screens on-site as well as in the outpatient clinics
• Completing Job analysis
• Completing ergonomic assessments
• Working with employees to prevent injury
• Ability to relate to all kinds of people and develop relationships
• Assessing an injury and helping to come up with solutions or ideas to help the employee
• Working with the employers to develop ergonomic solutions for trouble areas

Travel is required for this position and some early evening hours
