The Industrial Operations Planner will be responsible for all the manufacturing planning detail for assembly and installation, from development to maintenance of plans

Job Details:

• Implement new and synchronous planning systems for fabrication/manufacturing shops
• Manage weekly/month production project schedules to coordinate services and maximize productively
• Manage shop floor and employee schedules
• Manage shipping/receiving/ inventory/ logistics operations
• Developing and implementing a receiving, inventory management, and planning process
• Evaluate current manufacturing practices and identify those needing improvement.
• Enforce quality control to reduce waste.
• Improve the efficiency of each production process.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelors Degree or 5+ managerial experience in production/manufacturing environment
• Machine/fabrication/production shop experience strongly preferred
• Inventory/logistics experience preferred
• Knowledge and/or hands on experience of mechanical/electrical/ industrial/ automation services and facilities
• Effective oral and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage, prioritize, and successfully balance multiple tasks and projects.
• High Level of self-initiative and dependability.
• High Level of interpersonal skills and proven to work effectively with other.
• Strong business acumen particularly in order fulfillment and/or distribution.
• Resourceful and highly organized with attention to detail.
