As an Indirect/MRO Material Buyer, you will be responsible for updating material planning system and coordinates approval and control of purchasing activities. Provides support to planner and buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Maintenance spare parts buying, indirect materials and supplies; Service contracts to support the factory operations.

• Working very closely with multiple departments across the factory in Elverson, PA to fulfill their requirements. Some are emergency needs.

• Working closely with accounting to close invoicing issues and vendor bills.

• Purchase order Management: Entering, cancelling, and releasing purchase orders to the vendor in a timely manner.

• Problem solving and continuous improvement whenever possible.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience OR an equivalent mix of experience and education.

• Strong detail oriented and excellent organizational skills.

• Strong communication personality with the ability to communicate smoothly and punctually, face to face and via email.

• Self-motivated and self-driven with high sense of urgency and ownership.

• Strong mathematical skills and above average excel skills.
