Overview: Amigos Tutoring is a fast-growing education company that provides high-quality tutoring services to K-12 students across South Florida. We are seeking an experienced Inbound Sales Representative to join our sales team and help us grow our customer base through inbound leads. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for education and helping students succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound leads generated through marketing efforts, including phone calls, emails, and website inquiries
  • Conduct phone consultations with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend tutoring programs and services that best meet their goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with Amigos Tutoring's products and services
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas on a regular basis
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide customers with the best possible experience, including coordinating with tutoring teams to match students with the most appropriate tutors
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement in Amigos Tutoring's sales strategy

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in inbound sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Passion for education and helping students succeed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Must be able to speak and write fluently in both English and Spanish
  • Willingness to drive to all 5 locations in Miami-Dade County
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve shared goals
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.30 - $20.83 per hour
