Job description
FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is hiring full-time Inbound Call Center Representatives for our organization. Candidates with strong customer service and phone skills are encouraged to apply. This position requires clear communication skills, active listening and an ability to meet the needs and expectations of our patients and clients exclusively through phone interaction. This entry level position involves client scheduling and new patient registration in an EMR system. Candidates must project a warm, enthusiastic and friendly demeanor in client and team member interactions.
The position requires candidates to work within the center's hours of operation to include: Monday through Friday: 8am-6pm.
