We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Wireless Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling prepaid wireless services and products to customers. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about technology, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, and is driven to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their needs and preferences for prepaid wireless services and products
• Provide customers with information on the latest products and services and answer any questions they may have
• Demonstrate the features and benefits of products to customers
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new product releases
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and industry expertise
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience in the wireless industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Able to work at multi locations. (Delaware County & Philadelphia)
• Spanish (Required)

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous Sales experience preferred.
• On-the-job training provided.(states minimum)

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
