Seeking an experienced In-Room Dining Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the In-Room Dining service for a luxury hotel in Miami Beach. The In-Room Dining Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to enhance the guest experience and ensure the efficient and effective operation of the service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and beverage, possess exceptional communication skills and have a strong track record of managing a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operation of the In-Room Dining service, ensuring that all guest orders are delivered promptly and to a high standard.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience, including menu design, food presentation, and delivery methods.
• Manage and oversee the In-Room Dining team, providing guidance, training and coaching to ensure they are performing to the highest level.
• Ensure that all service standards, policies and procedures are adhered to by the In-Room Dining team.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with all departments, particularly the kitchen team, to ensure a seamless service is provided to the guests.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all menu items are available, of high quality and presented attractively.
• Monitor and analyze In-Room Dining revenue, cost and profitability, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure that all guest feedback is reviewed and acted upon to continuously improve the service.
• Manage inventory levels and ordering of all In-Room Dining supplies.
• Manage the scheduling and payroll of the In-Room Dining team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role in a luxury hotel In-Room Dining or F&B department.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and current trends in the industry.
• Ability to manage a team of employees with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments, particularly the kitchen team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
