ABOUT US: PH 360 is a Division of Premium Solar Patios, and is an Energy Efficiency company founded on hard work, family values, and positive development. We cover more than 25 of the domestic States with offices in Dallas, TX and Lakeland, FL. We are growing rapidly and are looking to grow our company with like-minded team members who are both hard-working and ambitious. This position offers qualified team members ample opportunities to grow within the company. Premium Home 360 is not your standard ‘Efficiency Company’. We have some of the most innovative Solar Systems in the market. In addition, through our Energy Efficiency Division we offer high quality products designed to dramatically reduce homeowners' Utility bills. Additionally, we also offer Innovative Technology for the interior part of the home to improve the overall health of our clients and their families. We are looking for Seasoned Sales Professionals to work in our ‘Dinner Seminar’ model of the business. Your responsibility will be to conduct on site home inspections for homeowners who attended our Dinner Seminar. Your ability to assess their situation and help them solve their problems with our products will determine your success. We offer paid training and teach you exactly what to do, and provide you with a time tested, proven sales system. New recruits will be required to travel a lot in the beginning, but we expect most seasoned staff to work on 2 weeks and 1 weeks off rotation. (You will learn more about creating your schedule when you speak with us). All travel is provided by the company with the exception of some Gas and Food. Details will be provided on our first greeting call.
RESPONSIBILITIES: • Delivery of benefit driven solutions to Homeowners featuring our Eco-Friendly, Technology-Driven, "Green Products" and Services. • Participation in ongoing Sales Training and Coaching on a weekly basis • Team Building and Mentorship • Attention to detail: Customer Service, paperwork and follow through. QUALIFICATIONS: • Highly developed Interpersonal, Organizational, and Communication Skills • Ability to speak publicly with confidence, poise and presence • Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline •Ability to work both independently and in a team setting • Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings • Previous sales experience preferred INCOME: • $70,000 - $100,000 average first-year compensation •Comprehensive training and mentoring. •Opportunities for performance-based rewards. •Opportunity for unprecedented professional and personal growth.
