We presently need trainees with LPC-IT, LMCT-TL, APSW. We also need LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. Full time or part-time (minimum 17 hours per week). Art therapists with LPC/LPC-IT welcome. New graduates welcome to apply.

Earnings are on a production basis as a regular W-2 employee (not independent contractor). Therapists working on production have maximum flexibility with hours, schedule changes as life circumstances change, and the ability to work more for additional remuneration. Range for full time of $48,000 (standard full time, 28 billable hours per week including paid drive time) to $75,000 (36-38 billable per week including paid drive time). Some staff earn more. Billable hours include most of your driving time as well, paid at a similar rate as clinical work. Expected range of $33 to $78 per billable hour, depending upon the payer, including most driving time, paid upon reimbursement by payer. Some clinicians work extra hours for additional pay above the range.

Fully licensed clinicians needed; trainees with recent Masters also welcome to apply. If you are working under a training license, only apply IF you have 1000 hours of pre-or-post Masters treatment experience with youth.
To compensate for the time required to come to Brown Deer for supervision or meetings, we pay Rock, Dane, Outagamie, and Brown County residents a premium.

REQUIREMENTS:
Masters degree or Doctorate in a mental health field.
Licensure, although training licenses are welcome.
NPI number and Medicaid provider number (if not already in hand, must be eligible).
Experience with assessment, treatment planning, and services to children & adolescents & families.
Must have car, license, $100000/300000 insurance and cell phone.
Skills with children and adolescents are a must.
AODA training is optional, but helpful.
Skills in family therapy - MFT training is optional, but helpful.
Duties & Responsibilities:
A. The therapist will assess the behavioral and psycho-developmental needs of clients, as well as their psychiatric problems and needs, and will create and execute an individualized treatment plan, taking into account change in the child’s family & ecosystem.
B. The Primary In-Home Therapist in a full time role provides 28-36 hours per week of psychotherapy (and drive time) for seriously emotionally disturbed [SED] children and adolescents and their families in the home, which includes travel time between households. (17+ for Part Time)
C. The Therapist uses up-to-date skills in individual and family therapy.
D. The Therapist will educate families and modify family systems.
E. Documentation as required by state law.
F. Most cases have a 2-person team. The Licensed therapist guides the Second Therapist on the case.
