IMPLEMENTATION COORDINATOR
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Implementation Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the installation of ASO new clients and assist in renewal client tasks. The Implementation Coordinator is responsible for accurately processing various tasks within the implementation process.

The Implementation Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the installation of ASO new clients and assist in renewal client tasks. The Implementation Coordinator is responsible for accurately processing various tasks within the implementation process.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Input initial client information into workflow system with high quality
- Notify outside vendors and other stakeholders of new client implementations
- Complete and coordinate various tasks in workflow system
- Coordinate the ID card approval process, ensuring high quality and accuracy
- Maintain open task lists and client meeting agendas
- Create employee enrollment materials and maintain implementation documentation
- Input client data into various systems and databases
- Grant access to Allied’s website
- Create, develop, and maintain various reporting requests
- Assist with various projects
- Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned
EDUCATION
- High school Graduate, some college preferred
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 2-4 years’ experience working in an administrative support role required.
- Data entry experience required
- Must possess excellent attention to detail
- Must be able to multitask
- Must be highly organized
- Intermediate level work experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point software applications.
