Our Hygiene Operative and Dishwasher's main duties include quickly & efficiently washing dishes, pots & pans for PublicUs. They will also help to maintain the overall cleanliness of the restaurant and perform deep cleaning duties on a daily/weekly basis. Restaurant experience is a plus.

Duties include lifting and pushing heavy equipment up to 50 lbs.

This position will be part-time to start, approximately 25 hours per week. Schedules may vary to include mostly closing duties during the week (11-5pm and 6pm for deep cleaning). We are open 7-3pm every day.

PublicUs(pūb-li-cus) is a canteen-style, neighborhood restaurant and coffeebar located in the Fremont East District of Downtown Las Vegas. Our menu is built around seasonality and quality, and whenever possible, we use locally or regionally grown, raised, caught, and crafted products, from people who do those things with care. Since opening in March 2015, we have assembled a great Team of professionals and are looking to build upon that. We previously won America's Best Coffeehouse at Coffee Fest in Portland, Oregon and have also been recognized by various publications for our world class coffee program, food program and welcoming service.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $9.00/hour.
