Pay and Schedule for Scheduling Coordinator:
- Pay: $20
- Full-time: 40 hours (Monday - Friday)7am - 3:30pm
- Half-hour unpaid lunch
Summary for Scheduling Coordinator:
A Scheduling Coordinator will manage the calendars and agendas of key personnel. This person is responsible for arranging appointments, scheduling HVAC Techs, quotes, making travel arrangements, and more. They may also keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines.
Job Responsibilities for Scheduling Coordinator:
- Scheduling HVAC Techs.
- Lay out materials for jobs.
- Parts ordering and shop stock.
- HVAC quotes.
- HVAC contracts.
- Work with the service manager to handle recurring issues.
- Work with the service manager to make sure we have all the materials for jobs.
- Safety compliance websites (working with CMS Safety).
- DISA drug testing program (Send technicians for drug tests).
- Assist with technical billing questions.
- Answering Emails and phone calls. Office paperwork. Help with other responsibilities as needed.
Requirements for Scheduling Coordinator:
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Office experience would be helpful.
- Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel.
- Computer literate.
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred.
