This position is responsible for managing the top quality layout, installation, and change-out of all Heavy Commercial HVAC ductwork, systems, and equipment at the job site. Must be a true leader who develops high performing teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee a group of employees ensuring top quality work is produced on schedule, in budget, and most of all; safely everyday.
• Perform quality sheet metal installation (Projects such as: schools, hospitals, multi-story buildings, colleges, new construction, demo and remodel).
• Achieve project's environmental conditions by installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
• Ensure two way communication to and from the job site to all stakeholders.
• Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment as required in the vehicle.
• Receive, verify, and load all equipment and materials needed for each job.
• Participate in company provided training opportunities and meetings
• Wear proper PPE at all times and comply with all safety standards and processes.
• Identify and report to Management all potential opportunities for additional business (newer system, service contracts, and additional services).

Skills

• 5+ years experience in installation of all HVAC systems and equipment.
• Ability to run work and manage crews.
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.
• Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.

Additional Qualifications

• Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Valid driver s license and clean driving record
• Valid social security number
• Must be able to pass drug test(s) as required by company
• Lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small crawl spaces.
• Observe all company procedures and safety rules
• Maintain accurate time records and send to payroll when required
• Neat, professional appearance
