Job description

• Coordinate daily schedule for all service technicians.
• On call for after hours dispatches.
• Schedule with customers for technicians to run service calls and maintenance
• Schedule the truck driver.
• Organize dispatch boards
• Answer phones and create dispatches for customers.
• Answer and direct phone calls to proper departments/people.
• Order parts as needed and requested by service manager
• Greet and direct any visitors (Vendors, customers etc.)
• Knowledge of office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook ect.)
• Type up proposals and send them out as needed
• Update e-mail/mailing contact list for clients/customers.
• Check all service folders have all necessary paperwork.
• Create Purchase orders for Technicians and Jobs.
