We are a State Certified and Licensed Company. Our headquarters is in Broward County and we've been servicing S Florida since 1995. We are actively seeking a responsible and experienced AC Service Technician (Refrigeration is a plus) to start immediately. Must have experience in Maintenance, Service, and Installation.

Qualifications:
- Experience - 5+ years of hands-on field experience
- Education - High School or GED
- Legally authorized to work in the US
Primary Job Function:
- Install & Service heating and air conditioning systems(residential & light commercial) to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience
- Take maintenance calls as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's licenses and insurable driving record
- EPA Universal Certification
- 5+ years of HVAC Service experience
- Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
- Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas, and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting, and installation of all residential and light commercial systems
- Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings.
- General knowledge in all HVAC low voltage systems
- Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for the customer as well as the company
- Willingness to invest time in-service training seminars and classes
- Ability to test and balance systems
- Understand and apply all codes for residential
- Comfortable working with smartphones and tablets
Duties & Responsibilities:
- HVAC Service Technician will accurately diagnose and repair customers' HVAC systems and ensure that they are highly satisfied
- Installation and replacement of residential and commercial HVAC equipment (air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless split, etc.)
- Install HVAC-related equipment following company policies and manufacturer's specifications.
- Carry out the wiring of both low and line voltage to cooling and heating equipment.
- Installation of flex duct systems and ventilation products in residential and light commercial buildings
- Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including brazing and soldering
- You should have the ability to fabricate ductwork and fittings
- Safely work with heights and in tight working conditions from extension and step ladders
- You should have the ability to operate power and hand tools safely
- You should have the ability to use safe lifting procedures and the ability to use a full range of body motions: climbing, balancing, kneeling, reaching, lifting, bending, and twisting
- Keep company clean van with necessary inventory stocked
- Must have a clean driving record, valid driver's license, and pass a background check
- Properly complete paperwork and update records
- Maintain a clean (well-groomed) and professional appearance
- Participate in training so that you can grow and develop as a professional.
