Hinds Hospice, a nonprofit, was established in 1981. We serve Fresno, Madera, and Merced Counties in the Central San Joaquin Valley of California. The care we provide reflects a partnership between you, your family, and the Hinds Hospice team.

The mission of Hinds Hospice is to uphold the dignity and ease the suffering of the terminally ill while supporting their loved ones and those who are grieving.

Temp - Human Resources Specialist

TEMPORARY POSITION

The Human Resources Specialist performs a wide range of administrative duties in support of the Human Resources team to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization and department, including but not limited to:

• 
  Recruitment support
• New hire orientation/onboarding
• Benefits administration
• Records management
• Coordination of agency recognition and events
• Record-keeping
• Filing
• HRIS maintenance
• Customer service provided to staff
• Support administrative project work and initiatives

• 
  High School Diploma or GED, AA or recent BA degree graduate preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience providing human resources administrative support.
• Experience administering a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
• Strong MS Office Suite skills – Word, Excel
• Familiarity with Gmail and Google Drive
