Human Resources Onboarding Specialist:

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking an outgoing, motivated Onboarding Specialist to join our HR Team. Mountain Land specializes in Physical Therapy and is a leading healthcare provider in Utah, Idaho, and Montana. Mountain Land started as a small physical therapy clinic in Park City, Utah in 1984 and has now grown to have over 40 clinics with nearly 600 employees.

As a Human Resources Onboarding Specialist, you will be part of the Mountain Land"s HR team, who is a motivated group who creates a fun and encouraging work environment. The Onboarding Specialist will be guiding new hires through the onboarding steps to ensure each requirement is completed correctly, and that the new hire feels well-supported during the process. The Onboarding Specialist will also be in frequent communication with supervisors to update them with a new-hire"s onboarding progress. Previous experience in HR, or as an Onboarding Specialist is not required.

Qualifications:

• Have proven track record of being highly organized.
• Outgoing and able to hold conversations with anyone.
• Self-motivated and able to produce results without micromanagement
• Can meet vaccine requirements

Location: Cottonwood Heights, Utah

Pay:$13 - $16 per hour with opportunity to grow!

Hours: Full-time (40 hours / week)
