Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a client to fill an HR Lead position on 3rdshift to support employees of a 24/7 manufacturing facility. This role leads HR practices that will provide a culture of empowerment, quality, productivity, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of the workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Participates in developing and implementing department policies, goals, objectives, and systems.
• Constantly evaluates HR policies/methods; develops HR solutions by collecting/analyzing information; recommends best practices/courses of action.
• Oversees HR staff and ensures they are performing efficiently.
• Supervises HR functions such as staffing, communications, payroll, benefits, training, reporting, unemployment, I-9, etc.
• Manages daily flow of inquiries from employees, delegating issues as needed and ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely feedback.
• Responsible for employee relations issues, conflict resolution, performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Responsible for recruitment and new-employee orientation.
• Monitors and modifies Kronos and HRIS systems; verifies labor hours and attendance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years HR generalist experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Dudley, NC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
