This position is located at the Department of Mental Health, Catawba Community Mental Health Center (CCMHC), Administration, 448 Lakeshore Parkway, NorthLake II, Suite 205, Rock Hill, SC 29730
Under the direct supervision of the Human Resource Manager this position will be responsible for various duties within CCMHC Human Resources Department.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist in the preparation of Requests to Fill positions, submission to SCDMH for approval, posting and maintaining approved open job requisitions in the Neogov system and ensures all qualified applicants are submitted to the appropriate hiring managers in a timely manner.
- Assist in the initiation, distribution, and processing employee’s planning stage acknowledgments and evaluation stage acknowledgments; ensures information is correct and required information has been completed including appropriate signatures; submits completed Evaluations to SCDMH in a timely manner and processes position description updates as required.
- Assist with the coordination of CCMHC’s Worker’s Compensation Program, maintaining the OSHA log, charitable campaigns, and National Health Services Corps reporting requirements. Maintains files of the CCMHC Human Resources office to include personnel files, volunteer and intern files, and workers compensation files.
- Provide clerical support to the CCMHC HR department to include, but not limited to, the annual Driver’s License check, annual Private Practice forms, Organizational Chart, etc.
State Minimum Requirements:
A high school diploma and clerical or administrative experience. A bachelor’s degree may be substituted for the required work experience.
