Responsibilities/Duties:

• Reports for duty on time and in proper uniform.
• Leads the housekeeping team across the entire property
• Willing and able to assist guests with their needs to create the best guest experience.
• Ensures all required aspects of the property are cleaned on a regular basis, including but not limited to, marina facilities, office space, and tenant space when applicable.
• Willing to work a rotation of inspecting room cleaning and common area cleaning as outlined in the schedule.
• Can assist and clean entire guest room according to established procedures.
• Can assist and clean common areas, including but not limited to, public restrooms, offices, guest laundry rooms, and marina bath houses according to established procedures.
• Replenishes and submits order form for all guest room and common areas supplies according to established levels.
• Reports all repairs needed throughout the property to Upkeep.
• Inspects all aspects of the property for cleanliness on a daily basis and reports feedback to management and to the team.
• Brings all items found in vacant rooms and common areas immediately to the Guest Experience Manager.
• Returns equipment and supplies to the proper storage areas.
• Follows proper safety, security, and hospitality procedures.
• Performs all assigned daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to better serve our guests and assist team members
