CACI is seeking a Program Support Analyst to join our Team in Arlington, VA.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has a continuing requirement for Homeland Secure Data Network (HSDN) program management office (PMO) support services. You will be part of a dynamic team of process specialists, project managers, security specialists and financial analysts driving the deployment and expanded support capabilities of the HSDN environment. This team will collaborate across vendors, coordinating with multiple customer segments to ensure HSDN services are successfully deployed and transitioned to operations.
This position is hybrid and will require 2 days a week on the customer site in Arlington, VA.
More About the Role:
The Program Support Analyst is responsible for overseeing and ensuring successful and timely completion of the mission requirement, within budget, and accordance to DHS standards. This individual works closely with stakeholders, DHS federal Project Mangers, team members, and other contractors to plan, execute, and monitor project progress, adapting plans as needed to achieve objectives.
Manages SharePoint administration access requests, content management, and managing content
Leads and develops document review and approval processes for communications
Manages team mailboxes (central communication for all customer subscribers)
Supports weekly, bi-weekly, monthly meetings as required
Provides oversight for more than 120+ concurrent enterprise-wide projects in various stages of development of the project lifecycle
Serves as Component Liaison Coordinator, Component Site Visit Coordinator, and Training Coordinator to provide optimum customer experiences
Responsible for the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) process for, that enables Federal, State, and Local governments to procure, access and use
Works with stakeholders to understand their mission needs, manage expectations, and provide regular project updates
Manages changes to project scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring proper documentation and stakeholder communication
Required Qualifications:
Must have existing DOD Secret Clearance
Ability to attain DHS EOD
BA + 8 years’ applicable experience, AA + 10 years’ applicable experience, MA + 5 years applicable experience or 14 years’ experience
3+ years requirements analysis / management
Solid understanding of project management principles
Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
