JOB DESCRIPTION-

The HR/Payroll Implementation Specialist will report directly to the Controller and will play a key role in assisting in the implementation of ADP. This individual will have the opportunity to assist in developing, implementing and evaluating the ADP Processes within our organization. We are seeking a driven, dedicated, and enthusiastic professional to temporarily join our team.

Compensation: $24.00-$28.00
In office in Kennett Square

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with HR and Payroll Staff to gather information and requirements for ADP Implementation
• Configure ADP Software to meet the needs of the organization
• Ensure accurate migration of employee data to ADP
• Provide training and Support to HR and Payroll staff on the use of the ADP Software
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ADP Software
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ADP software features and functionality

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or payroll, with specific experience in implementing ADP Software
• Strong knowledge of ADP Software, including payroll, time and attendance, and HR Modules
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
