Summary:
Serves as a central point-of-contact and resource to colleagues and leaders for all Human Resources (HR) needs, including but not limited to benefits, policies, procedures, programs, and self-service. Provides input and resources to assist in navigating complex HR needs and engages HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Business Partners, and HR Generalists as needed. Consistently delivers excellence in customer service and support.

Qualifications:
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field - Required

High School Diploma or equivalent plus 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree or Associates degree plus 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree

Experience

1 year of experience in recruiting, colleague development, health and wellness programs, benefits, compensation, colleague relations or related human resources experience - Required

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), or Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
