Position Description

• Assist in recruitment efforts for personnel in all Americas facilities
• Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed an accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Administer employee information in HR systems
• Screen applicants and assist with the selection of qualified candidates
• Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
• Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resources staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; or equivalent education, training, and experience
• 2-3 years' of Human Resources recruitment experience

Preferred Requirements

• PHR/SPHR preferred
