This Opportunity
WSP is currently initiating a search for a Full time HR/Recruiting Coordinator for our Aurora, CO office.
The HR / Recruiting Coordinator will contribute to the daily administration of HR programs and will be responsible for providing recruiting and HR support of a large tolling project in Colorado. You will coordinate with other HR team members to resolve employee issues in the assigned area. Requires knowledge of MS Office, Windows, MS Excel, and proficient-typing skills.
Hourly Pay Range: $25.00 - $26.65
Schedule: 8:30-5pm

Your Impact
- Responsible for Full Cycle recruitment efforts to include:
- Review of job descriptions, development of job posting/recruitment strategies, and utilization of corporate applicant-tracking software. Administrating skills assessment tests and scheduling interviews. Facilitating the onboarding process and new employee orientation
- Prepare, review, audit, and/or process HR-related information, following prescribed internal process and program/project requirements.
- Under the leadership of senior HR business partners, you will be a vital source of HR information, answering employee inquiries on routine HR matters.
- Supports in the administration of executing routine HR related programs and tasks including but not limited to compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary and investigation matters, performance management, recruiting, and training and development.
- Maintain and update various spreadsheets, files, forms, audits, and databases.
- Complete standard and ad hoc HR reports and research.
- Support with special projects.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma is required with 3+ years’ experience in clerical and administrative support. Some college coursework or HR-specific coursework preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge and understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures in the State of Colorado.
- Understanding the value of providing outstanding customer service.
- Demonstrate high level of attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritization of responsibilities required.
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with others.
- Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in gathering data with small and large group presentation skills.
- Adjust to providing support to Central and West coast operational hours.
- The ability to effectively work from home with adequate home office space and set up.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge and understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures in the State of Colorado.
Physical Requirements
Primarily sedentary physical work requiring ability to lift a maximum of 10 pounds; occasional lifting, carrying, walking and standing; frequent hand/eye coordination to operate computer keyboard and office equipment; vision for reading, recording and interpreting information; frequent speech communication, hearing and listening to maintain communication; daily use of computer keyboard, standard office equipment and telephone.
