ZoomCare is hiring a HR Manager to join our dynamic People team. This role is responsible for leading the HR team and providing strategic and tactical HR support. The HR manager is also responsible for designing, implementing, and managing HR-related programs that support ZoomCare’s long-term goals, increase employee engagement, and optimize HR operations.
This role is a remote role and candidates must reside in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Colorado.

- Oversee the HR team and provide leadership, management, direction, and support.
- Plan, direct, and administer various HR programs; track and manage HR program objectives and key performance indicators.
- Develop, review, and revise HR-related policies, processes, systems, and tools to align with best practices.
- Design and implement total rewards, talent management, and employee engagement programs and initiatives including performance management, benefits, compensation, recognition, and rewards.
- Provide support and guidance to the HR team, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances including investigations, disciplinary meetings, and terminations.
- Provide guidance and ensure compliance for leave of absence related processes including FMLA, state leave programs, ADA, and workers’ compensation.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR, talent management, and employment law.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, maintaining a proactive approach with new and anticipated changes to legislation or regulations.
- Effectively partner with all levels of employees, payroll, finance, vendors, legal counsel, and government agencies.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years human resources and management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; masters degree preferred.
- SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification, preferred.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and problem solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

- Salary Range: $105,000. - $120,000.

- Project timelines and work volume/deadlines may often require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this job.
