Location: Remote ( Must be local to Central Florida area )

The role you’ll contribute:

The Document Management Coordinator is responsible for processing routine HR transactions including, but not limited to, the receipt, data entry, scanning, and indexing of documents. This position follows established procedures and escalates transactions to the Document Management Supervisor, as necessary, to address customer needs sufficiently and meet established performance metrics.


The value you’ll bring to the team:

  • Support and demonstrate the document management mission statement
  • Analyze, index, problem solve, and classify employee documents utilizing imaging software for retention in electronic employee files
  • Follow case management standards in the case management tool to maintain appropriate documentation of actions and escalates cases to appropriate functional team or supervisor for assistance when needed
  • Assist in cross-training HRSS team members on document management and operational standards
  • Establish and maintain relationships with facility local HR staff and HRSS teams
  • Assist in documenting processes and procedures by creating SOPs
  • Compile necessary data to support procedures
  • Ensure work product and outcomes meet quality standards and service and operational level agreements
  • Maintain knowledge of compliance and retention requirements
Qualifications


The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed
:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a Human Resources team environment


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

  • Experience in a shared services model supporting a large employer
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in a Human Resources team environment
