Who Our Housing Case Manager Is:
- You are looking for an entry-level position within an organization with a holistic approach towards client services in recovery from substance abuse and mental illness.
- You are interested in, working towards, or currently have obtained a Qualified Mental Health Professional certificate (CASAC-T, CASAC, CRC, LMHC, LMSW).
- Topics such as mental health/substance abuse and supportive counseling, intervention services, education services and concrete services are what made you interested in a career in case management.
- You are a patient, polite, positive and dedicated team member within the Case Management Team and have excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
- You are highly organized and able to time manage within a high level of proficiency, especially when working with a high-volume caseload.
- You are looking for a workplace that embraces its employees in a family-like atmosphere.
- Working a flexible schedule, which may include working nights, weekends or holidays doesn’t bother you.
What Our Housing Case Manager Needs:
- Bachelor's Level Clinical Degree and one (1) year of experience working in a clinical, mental health, housing or chemical dependency setting preferred or High School Diploma/GED and three (3) years’ experience working in a clinical, mental health, housing or chemical dependency setting.
- Certification as Qualified Mental Health Professional, i.e. CASAC-T, CASAC, CRC, LMHC, LMSW preferred.
