Our hotel needs a Housekeeping Manager with experience managing the daily operations of a large housekeeping department. The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for supervising all housekeepers, scheduling maintenance staff and communicating with the front desk and catering team. Responsibilities:

• Supervise employees and functions within the housekeeping department.
• Provide leadership and strong management skills.
• Make staffing and scheduling decisions based on financial needs and department headcount.
• Establish morale within his or her department.
• Represent the hotel in a professional manner to customers, guests, other departments and the general public.
• Ensure that housekeeping's areas are consistently kept clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Work with other departments to ensure an efficient operation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
