We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Airbnb House Cleaners. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our short term rental properties (Airbnb) are kept in pristine condition for our guests. We offer training and room for growth within our company. We are offering $15 per hour but can guarantee $1000 per month so if we don't have enough work for, you'll have that minimum security.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning and upkeep duties for Airbnb properties in accordance with company standards
• Sanitize all rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms
• Perform laundry duties, such as washing, drying, and folding linens
• Restock supplies and report any maintenance issues or damages to management
• Communicate with management and guests as needed
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:

• No prior cleaning experience required - we provide training
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Our turnovers are from 10:00 a.m-4:00 p.m each day. Some days you'll have multiple cleanings and other days, no cleanings.
• A vehicle to drive from property to property. Some of our units are in Loveland, CO.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform cleaning tasks

Additionally, we are a small company but growing fast so while this position will likely be part time to begin with it will grow into a full time position and we'll eventually need the right person to step up into a management roll for our cleaning teams.
