We are looking for a thorough housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our facilities. The goal is to enhance our guests' experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure that the sanitation and preparation of rooms and assigned areas are in compliance with company policy and standards
• Handle guests requests and inform others when required
• Change and replenish bed linen and towels
• Undertake deep cleaning tasks when needed
• Restock and maintain cart on a daily basis
• Report any missing or damaged items to supervisor
• Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure all lost and found procedures are followed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role
• Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and various cleaning chemicals
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Stamina to handle the physical demands of the jobs. Which includes standing for long periods of time, walking, twisting, bending, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to communicate effectively and proactive in carrying out assigned duties
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Strong listening and multitasking skills
• Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure

Job Requirements:

• Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, all employees must be able to work varying schedules to meet business demands
• Due to the nature of the role, employees must be able to stand for up to eight consecutive hours
• Mandatory background check

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
