Job description

Looking to hire a house manager to work in a South Miami home. The family is currently looking to restructure their home and bring in new staff, therefore they have opened a search for a house manager who will come in and create order/build a new team. The home is presently under construction as they are building a new wing however, the current livable space is approximately 6000 square feet.

Household consists of a couple, their five children and their pets (two dogs and one cat).

Schedule is Full Time Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with flexibility.

Candidate must be local to South Florida

Job Duties:

• Running day-to-day household operations and overseeing all elements of the home
• Ensuring that the residence is in top condition at all times
• Keep the family organized and in sync with schedules and calendars
• Oversight of all deliveries, renovation projects and general maintenance of the residence
• Receiving packages
• Managing staff/Coordinate the hiring and training of new staff
• Work alongside the other staff in the home and be available to assist when needed.
• Be hands on with tasks and assist other staff when necessary (Housekeeping, nannying etc.
• Run errands as needed
• All other duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a house manager managing a large home & staff
• verifiable references
• Great communication skills.
• Problem solver. Hands on
• Ability to work with a team
• Discreet and confidential

Compensation & Benefits: Starting at $110k per year. PTO. Family open to other benefits.
