The Country Inn & Suites of Billings MT is currently seeking friendly individuals who enjoy providing excellent guest service. We are currently hiring for a FT/PT Front Desk position with variable shifts and some weekends.

The Front Desk Associate’s primary responsibility is to ensure guest satisfaction by providing professional and courteous front desk service. The Front Desk Associate is also responsible for providing service that is efficient and effective as a means to maximize room revenue. Customer service experience is preferred, but not required.

This is a FT/PT position that will work all different shifts and some weekends. This position requires flexibility in scheduling and availability to work weekends and holidays. We offer competitive pay, bonus eligibility, annual performance based increases, vacation pay, 401k and benefits to full-time associates (after eligibility requirements have been met).
