The Radisson Hotel is look for a new Front Desk team member! The Front Desk's goal is to maximize guest experience by exceeding expectations and living up to our brand standards.

Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

• Providing Excellent Customer Service
• Checking guests in and out
• Creating Reservations
• Answering incoming phone calls
• Answering inquiries via email
• Printing reports
• Completing a daily checklist
• Delivering guest items to rooms
• Ensuring all Radisson Brand Standards are met
• Assisting with Bell Attendant Duties as needed
• Keep consistent records and checklists to include guest interactions and activities taking place during shift
• Occasional Transport of guests in our Minivan
• Other duties as assigned

*Reliability and Flexibility are a must!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
