This is a full-time position. Must be flexible as schedule will be routing shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
• Effectively deals with guest requests.
• Maintains accurate records such as cash deposits.
• Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services and travel directions.
• May assist in replenishing continental breakfast as needed and keeping breakfast area clean.
• Ensures common area/lobby is clean.
• Performs laundry functions as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Requires the ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

• Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• IHG: 1 year (Preferred)
• Hotel Front Desk: 1 year (Preferred)

• Overnight Shift (Preferred)
