We are seeking a Hostess to join our team in a fine dining Italian restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to high standards in customer service. The Hostess must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage waitlists and reservations and ensure efficient seating of guests
• Assist with menu recommendations and answer any questions guests may have
• Take orders for delivery and takeout, accurately recording customer information and special requests
• Maintain a clean and organized dining room and ensure the overall dining experience is enjoyable for guests
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and efficient service

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Hostess in a fine dining restaurant
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
• Familiarity with POS systems and order taking
