Cajun Kitchen Ventura is in search of an energetic and cheerful host to join our team.
The host's duties primarily focus on ensuring the guests have a positive experience as our guests enter the restaurant.
The host's duties and responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Manage the waitlist and write down the party's: names/seating preference/size
- Guide guests to their table
- Provide patrons with wait-time estimates and seating area restrictions.
- Handing customers food and drink menus
- Optimizing seating arrangements move forward on the waitlist
- Rolling Silverware
- Assit the bussing team in clearing and cleaning tables.
- Roll silverware
- Some responsibilities and duties are subject to change.
Host skill requirements:
- Friendly and welcoming attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Fast paced work ethic
- A loud voice to call out party's names
Hosts availability
- Saturday & Sunday
- 9 am - 3 pm
- Every weekend
